How might we reduce administrative effort and create a seamless reconciliation experience?
For more than 100 years, Coles has been focussed on everyday shoppers. Now, Coles is aiming to be the shopping solution for Australian workplaces. Through a new online portal, Coles for Business is ramping up their offering while providing business users the tools they need to get the job done.
As Coles for Business builds out the MVP of the portal, we want to ensure we are providing tools that business users need most. We built an Order History experience that gives admin users visibility over orders placed across their organization while making invoices easily accessible to streamline their reconciliation process.
my role
I was responsible for designing the feature end-to-end. Including:
Planning and facilitating workshops
Data analysis
Concept validation survey
MVP design
team
Sole designer, with guidance from a Lead Designer, Service Designer, Content Designer, and Designer Researcher.
As well as the Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Sales and Customer Support Agents, Tech Lead and the Group Manager.
